Due to the extreme shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE), the FAAWC is asking our patients to donate any items that would help protect our health care workers on the front lines from contracting COVID-19.
This includes: surgical masks and N95 masks; respirators (which are masks with filters); N95, N99, P95, P99, P100, or PAPR filters; any protective eye wear, including face shields; examination gloves of any size (non-latex); disposable gowns or “tie-back” painter suits.
Donations can be brought to our office during our new business hours. To maintain social distancing, please drop off items outside the door then call us, and an FAAWC staff member will bring them in. We will be sending these items to hospitals around the US.
The FAAWC has been approved to offer virtual visits with our providers. Medicare and some private insurances cover these visits. We also offer cash pay options for $30, $60, and $100 depending on the length of the appointment. To use telehealth services, you must be an existing FAAWC patient, have a mobile phone and email address, and call the office to schedule this type of appointment.
Valet visits are intended for our older (60+) or immunocompromised patients to reduce the risk of exposure to others. Patients will park under our covered awning and will be taken straight back to a treatment room. Your check-in, treatment, and check-out will all take place here, and you will be escorted directly out to your car when the appointment is finished. Please call the office to request a valet appointment. 740.363.4373
